Account and Data Deletion Policy
Effective date: 30 September 2026
Last updated: 30 September 2026
In short
To delete your account or specific personal information, email support@pinacall.com from your registered email address with the subject “PINACALL Account Deletion Request”. For Meta or Google data, use “Meta Data Deletion Request” or “Google Data Deletion Request”. Disconnecting a channel stops future access but does not delete stored data.
1. Request deletion
You may request deletion of your PINACALL account and associated personal information, or request deletion of particular personal information without closing your account. There is no requirement to reinstall the app to make an email request.
Email support@pinacall.com from your registered email address with the subject “PINACALL Account Deletion Request”. State whether you want your entire account deleted or only specified personal information. Include your business or workspace name if needed to locate the account.
If you cannot access the registered email address, contact the same support address and explain the problem so we can arrange proportionate identity verification.
Never send a password, one-time code, payment-card number or API token. A workspace administrator may request deletion of a workspace they are authorized to manage. An individual team member may request deletion of their own account without being entitled to erase another person's records or an entire business workspace.
2. Information covered
An account-deletion request covers account profile information, authentication credentials, personal preferences and associated personal information controlled by PINACALL. Where the authorized request covers a whole workspace, eligible contacts, conversations, uploaded files, AI-generated records, orders, appointments and integration credentials are included. Necessary legal-retention exceptions are explained below.
Shared business records require a scope review. We remove the departing user's account and unnecessary identifying information while preserving only records a business or another user has a lawful reason to retain. We explain any such exception. Account deactivation, app uninstallation, subscription cancellation and integration disconnection are not substitutes for deletion.
3. Processing and timing
We acknowledge the request, verify identity and authority, and confirm the information covered. We process eligible deletion without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines. The acknowledgement or subsequent response explains the expected completion period. We confirm completion using the verified contact method and explain any lawful exception that affects the timing or scope.
Residual backup copies are removed or overwritten according to the applicable backup retention cycle and remain protected pending removal. Our response explains the retention period or determining criteria applicable to your request. Relevant service providers are instructed to handle covered information under their deletion obligations and applicable arrangements.
4. Information that may be retained
Limited invoices and transaction records may be retained for applicable accounting or tax requirements. Records needed for a specific legal claim, security investigation, fraud prevention or proof of handling a privacy request may also be retained for the necessary period. These exceptions do not justify retaining an entire account or complete conversation history by default.
When an exception applies, we identify the relevant data category, purpose and retention period or determining criterion in our response, to the extent legally permitted. Access is restricted and the records are deleted when the need ends. Statistics may remain only where they have been irreversibly anonymized and cannot reasonably identify a person.
5. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp data
To stop future collection, disconnect the relevant channel in PINACALL where that control is available and remove PINACALL's access in the platform's app or business integration settings. To delete information already held by PINACALL, email support@pinacall.com with “Meta Data Deletion Request”. Include your PINACALL account email, business or page name, the relevant Page or Instagram identifier, or connected WhatsApp business number, and the requested scope.
If you are a customer who messaged a business using PINACALL, identify that business and the contact or channel used. The business may control the conversation data; we will assist with routing and processing the request. Deletion from PINACALL does not automatically remove messages or records independently held by Meta, the business or recipients.
6. Google-connected information
Disconnect Google in PINACALL where available, or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored Google-derived information, email support@pinacall.com with “Google Data Deletion Request”, your PINACALL account email and the connected Google account address. Do not include credentials. Deleting PINACALL records does not automatically delete events in your Google Calendar; manage those events separately.
7. Before deletion and follow-up
Export information you are authorized and required to retain before deletion. Completed deletion is permanent and may stop connected workflows. If a subscription is billed through an app store or another provider, review and cancel it using that provider's subscription controls as applicable; deleting the app alone does not cancel billing. Subscription handling must not prevent a valid deletion request.
To ask about progress, reply to the acknowledgement or email support@pinacall.com using the same verified account. Provide a request reference if one was issued. If you disagree with an exception, ask for a review; applicable legal complaint rights remain available.
